Care instructions for the bag of clays and lavender: hand wash (sponge + detergent), do not put in the washing machine.

USE:

Use it warm to help with :

- Relieve stress and tension

- Soothes and comforts colic or stomach pain 

- Relieves arthritic pain

- Keep baby warm during winter outings

- Mom can even use it for period pain

Use cold to help:

- Relieve bumps and bruises 

- Reduce inflammation 

- Relieve pain caused by injuries 

- Relieve headaches and migraines -give baby coolness during     feverish times. This one could soothe baby bumps or simply cool baby down during hot weather.

How to use:

1. Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely.

2. Remove the BolaBaby cover and place the product inside the microwave.

3. Place a half-full cup of water in the microwave with the product. (optional)

4. Heat for up to 45 seconds for microwaves with 0-600 watts and up to 30 seconds for microwaves with 600-1000 watts.

5. If the product is too cold, heat it in 15-second increments. Or wait until it returns to room temperature.

6. Place the inner heating pad back into the BolaBaby cover.

 7. Insert the hot water bottle through the invisible closure on the side of the cuddly toy.

8. For cold use, place the hot water bottle in the freezer for a maximum of twenty minutes or in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours. 

We advise you to remove the bola baby sachet and place it in a dish or plastic bag, avoiding prolonged time in the freezer as it may be damaged.
